Terms and Conditions

After confirmation text your fare is being expedited to one of 10,000 additional taxi, TNC, and private drivers.  Driver will arrive between the next 2-20.  

Non-Refundable Private Transportation Terms:

There will be no refund once reservation has been booked or if passenger refuses to get inside of taxi within 2 minutes of driver's arrival.

Wait Time: 

If passenger book a round trip and at the second exceeds over 5 minutes, they will be charged additional fees for wait time.  Also, driver may reassign passenger to another driver at his/her discretion.

Finalizing Your Ride:

To finalize your ride, kindly give your consent for the above request by replying with “I AGREE”. Once consent is given I will provide your drivers vehicle information.

Confirmation of ride:

Please provide your driver the PIN number.  Your driver will arrive in 5 minutes.

Your driver is arriving now. Your driver will wait five minutes before departure. Please go to your vehicle ASAP.
